Asset Builders CDC is a non-profit (501c3) organization. Contributions to Asset Builders are tax deductible. Asset Builders is also an excellent way for depository institutions to meet their obligations under the Community Reinvestment Act (12 U.S.C. 2901).

Asset Builders CDC is looking to partner with local savings institutions on several levels.

Deposit Accounts

Your institution can be an account holder for our IDA savings participants. Asset Builders CDC can partner with you in your neighborhood to facilitate financial literacy classes for your neighbors while your institution provides the account structure and holds the deposited funds during the established length of the program. As a BANK or CORPORATE PARTNER you will be making strides towards meeting your CRA obligations while helping those in need.

Match Dollars

Your institution can provide funding that will allow us to match IDA savings participant contributions on a 2:1 or 3:1 basis. The more money you can match, the greater success our participants will have in meeting their financial goals of buying a house, pursuing a secondary education, or starting a business.
