Future Plans

  1. To start an IDA program on the south side of Chicago where the need for asset building is great. We are currently working to build a partnership with a south side based organization. We have already received a high level of interest from individuals living on the south side of Chicago.
  2. Conduct a strategic planning process.
  3. Become a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Center to better serve IDA participants with housing needs.
  4. Develop a manufactured housing project in Chicago.
